By accessing or using Haady (haady.app and related apps), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your country and comply with local laws. You are responsible for ensuring gifting and purchases are permitted where you and your recipients live.
3. Accounts
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.
4. Gifting and orders
Gift availability, pricing, delivery, and refunds depend on the merchant and product. Haady facilitates the experience; specific purchase terms may also apply from sellers and payment providers.
5. Merchants
Stores and brands on Haady are responsible for their catalog, fulfillment, and compliance. Haady may update or remove listings to protect buyers and recipients.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using Haady, you also agree to that policy.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated in the app or by email where appropriate.
